All our units are made with food grade , heavy gauge stainless steel (16 guage unit tops are our STANDARD), fully welded and assembled by hand. Our equipment is in the kitchens of 1000's of fine restaurants, hotels, banquet halls and bars in Canada and now around the world. Remember, at Torapp, quality goes in it before the name goes on it!
